Several pre-conference workshops are planned to occur in the days prior to the Symposium.
All workshops will be at the Westin Bayshore Hotel & Conference Center.
While we expect all Workshops to proceed, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel any Workshop with an insufficient number of registered attendees by August 1, 2017. In the event of Workshop cancellation, the full Workshop price including applicable taxes will be refunded to all registered participants; no reimbursement will be made for participant costs or change fees as a result of cancelled tours including airline ticket change fees or accommodation changes.
