Update - IABSE Symposium Wroclaw 2020 – Going Virtual

We would like to inform that the Organising Committee of the IABSE Symposium Wrocław 2020 “Synergy of Culture and Civil Engineering – History and Challenges” together with IABSE has decided to host the planned Conference on October 7-9, 2020 entirely as an online event. This is because of dynamic changes of the Covid-19 pandemic situation and alarming situation worldwide.

This decision has been very difficult for us and we took it with pain as the Symposium was prepared as traditional event with very interesting plans, about which you can read in the SEI articles below. Unfortunately, due to recent safety requirements, we are forced to convert the Conference into a virtual world.

Therefore, Virtual Participation is now available for anyone who would like to join IABSE Symposium Wrocław 2020. We are preparing interesting solutions that will make networking in the virtual world possible and we are focused to deliver a successful virtual event with an excellent technical programme and interactive discussions during live sessions.

More details will be published on this website and sent to you in early September.

We invite you to participate in this challenging Conference!
