Bulletin Authors Guidelines:

Please follow the Author Guidelines and use the Bulletin template, this will greatly facilitate the review and editorial process. To submit a proposal also, please refer to the Author Guidelines. Submission of full document for review till publication may take 12-14 months time, depending on revisions required. Each document gets reviewed by the Editorial Board as well as external reviewers before acceptance for publication.

Before you submit the full document, please submit the list of contents and a sample chapter for the Editorial Board to review.
