Project Description:

The Main Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a clear span of 853 meters. It is the longest cable stayed bridge in North America and the longest cable-stayed composite deck in the world. The Bridge includes a cable stayed section (the Main Bridge) and two approach viaducts with a total length of 2.5 kilometers. It is 37.5 meters wide with a total of 6 lanes and a 3.6 meters wide multi-use path for pedestrians and cyclists, in its current configuration.
