XIV Brazilian Conference on Bridges and Structures (XIV CBPE) in Rio de Janeiro (Click Here)

​​​​​​​About 400 engineers and students are expected in Pestana Hotel, Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, between 10 and 11 of May, 2023, for attending the XIV Brazilian Conference on Bridges and Structures (XIV CBPE), promoted by ABPE (Brazilian Association of Bridges and Structures – Brazilian Group of IABSE) and ABECE (Brazilian Association of Consulting Engineers). In the three days of the Conference, 20 main lectures will be given by major Brazilian and foreign specialists in the construction and design of bridges and other structures. Key notes will be given by several specialists already invited from abroad. In parallel with the main lectures, about 120 technical papers will be presented, by Brazilian specialists and researchers. In another room, stands displaying the products of the CBPE sponsors could be visited. In all the three days of the Conference, it is expected that all the rooms will be full of very interested, happy and participant people. The main objective of the event is presenting for the Brazilian engineers the more recent progresses in the Civil Engineering technology, as well as the great civil works presently in execution in Brazil.
